CHDM Pilot Plant Construction Project

Scope of Work:

Design & Planning

  1. Prepare equipment layout drawings based on the P&ID drawings provided by the owner.

  2. Verification and calculation of existing steel structure foundations (including professional engineer certification), modification of steel structure drawings, and design of equipment foundations.

  3. Piping design and layout, including piping plans, 3D piping isometric drawings, and pipe support drawings.

Civil Foundations & Steel Structure Fabrication

  1. Fabrication of equipment foundations.

  2. Modification and fabrication of existing steel structures according to verification drawings, including the addition of operating platforms and access stairways.

  3. Installation of a 1.5-ton electric hoist.

  4. Installation of corrugated metal sheets for the plant roof and wall cladding.

Equipment Design & Fabrication

  1. Design and fabrication in accordance with equipment datasheets provided by the owner.

  2. Determination of pressure vessel classification, application for inspection, and acquisition of certification.

  3. Application for final inspection and acquisition of completion certificates.

Equipment Installation

  1. Installation and positioning of static equipment.

  2. Installation and positioning of internal components of columns/towers.

  3. Installation and alignment of rotating equipment (including shaft alignment).

Piping Works

  1. OSBL piping layout.

  2. ISBL piping layout.

  3. Piping layout for sampling points and utility stations.

  4. Non-destructive testing, pressure testing, and water flushing or steam blowing of piping.

Instrumentation Mechanical Installation

  1. Mechanical installation of instruments in accordance with the instrument list, including gaskets and bolting.

  2. Removal and reinstallation of instruments during equipment pressure testing and cleaning, and fabrication of temporary spool pieces.

Others

  1. Workplace markings; installation of signs and spray painting for pipelines, equipment contents, and flow direction identification.

  2. Assistance and coordination for water runs, commissioning, performance testing, and subsequent modifications.

  3. Installation of equipment grounding systems.

  3. Removal and relocation of existing underground pipelines, if applicable

  4. Civil pile foundation trial assembly/construction, and redesign and construction of dikes and drainage systems

  5. Equipment fabrication and installation positioning, fabrication and installation of equipment platforms and ladders

  6. Equipment washing and pressure testing

  7. Pressure vessel applications and inspection of hazardous machinery and equipment

  8. Installation of OSBL, ISBL, and fire protection piping, including pipe racks and supports, RT inspection, water flushing or steam blowing, and pressure testing

Instrumentation & Electrical Equipment (Control Valves, Safety Valves, Level Gauges, etc.)

  • Mechanical installation and instrument air piping according to owner-provided design data

  • Disassembly and reinstallation of instruments, and fabrication of temporary spool pieces during equipment pressurization and cleaning

  • Installation and alignment according to owner-provided design data
