CHDM Pilot Plant Construction Project
Scope of Work:
Design & Planning
Prepare equipment layout drawings based on the P&ID drawings provided by the owner.
Verification and calculation of existing steel structure foundations (including professional engineer certification), modification of steel structure drawings, and design of equipment foundations.
Piping design and layout, including piping plans, 3D piping isometric drawings, and pipe support drawings.
Civil Foundations & Steel Structure Fabrication
Fabrication of equipment foundations.
Modification and fabrication of existing steel structures according to verification drawings, including the addition of operating platforms and access stairways.
Installation of a 1.5-ton electric hoist.
Installation of corrugated metal sheets for the plant roof and wall cladding.
Equipment Design & Fabrication
Design and fabrication in accordance with equipment datasheets provided by the owner.
Determination of pressure vessel classification, application for inspection, and acquisition of certification.
Application for final inspection and acquisition of completion certificates.
Equipment Installation
Installation and positioning of static equipment.
Installation and positioning of internal components of columns/towers.
Installation and alignment of rotating equipment (including shaft alignment).
Piping Works
OSBL piping layout.
ISBL piping layout.
Piping layout for sampling points and utility stations.
Non-destructive testing, pressure testing, and water flushing or steam blowing of piping.
Instrumentation Mechanical Installation
Mechanical installation of instruments in accordance with the instrument list, including gaskets and bolting.
Removal and reinstallation of instruments during equipment pressure testing and cleaning, and fabrication of temporary spool pieces.
Others
Workplace markings; installation of signs and spray painting for pipelines, equipment contents, and flow direction identification.
Assistance and coordination for water runs, commissioning, performance testing, and subsequent modifications.
Installation of equipment grounding systems.
